European Championship 2014 - Changes

1. European Championships 2014 in Kharkiv, Ukraine is cancelled because of the political situation in Ukraine.
2. European Championships (ECh) 2014 will be organized in Riga, Latvia from the 6th to the 8th of June 2014.
3. Ukraine will keep the number of participants of the organizing country: 14 in Open and 5 in Ladies, Juniors and Veteran category
4. Playing system for ECh 2014 (TR 2.3.1) will be changed: there can be 4, 6 or 8 basic groups which then brings 60 - 66 players to 2 final divisions.
5. There will be a referee at every play-off match in the Open category.
